Return & Refund Policy

We offer returns or replacements only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be recorded from the beginning without any cuts, showing the sealed package, label, and complete unboxing process. Any damage or issue should be clearly visible in the video. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by sharing your order ID, issue details, and unboxing video with us.

Products must be unused and in original packaging. Used or opened wellness products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
